Terms & Conditions
1. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Client Identification & Verification
In accordance with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation, Buzzy Bee Bookkeeping Services Ltd is required to identify and verify the identity of all clients before acting. We will request specific documentation from you to satisfy these legal obligations.
3. Professional Regulation
Buzzy Bee Bookkeeping Services Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) under license number 1009467. We are bound by the AAT Code of Professional Ethics and Professional Conduct in Relation to Taxation (PCRT).
4. Fees and Payment Terms

Pricing: Our fees are based on the service tier selected (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) as detailed in our pricing schedule.

VAT: All fees are stated exclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Payment: Invoices are due for payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cooling-off Period: You have a legal right to cancel this contract within 14 days of signing without giving a reason.

Work Commenced: If you request that we start work immediately within the 14-day period, you agree to pay a pro-rata fee for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Termination: Following the cooling-off period, either party may terminate the engagement by giving 30 days written notice.
6. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding your business affairs. However, we may be required by law, regulatory bodies (such as the AAT), or our insurers to disclose information as part of our legal or professional obligations. 7. Complaints
We aim to provide a high-quality, professional service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact our Director at buzzybeebookkeeping@hotmail.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, you have the right to refer your complaint to the AAT.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to £100,000 for any one claim. We do not accept liability for losses arising from the provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information by the client.
9. Data Protection
